How long do I have to contact you for a return?
You have 30 days to contact me. Communication is #1. Contact me through ask the seller a question BEFORE, so that I know what item has a problem so that we can find a good solution. In the event of a physical return, I need to receive the item before I can send you the refund. Refunds are made through Paypal only.

How do you package items?
New items that come already packaged MAY need to be taken out, measured, photographed and if needed extra bubble wrap is added for safety. I'm thinking more in terms of dishware and glassware. New items that do not come in original packaging, are measured and photographed and then packaged in a box with bubble wrap and or tissue paper, or in a bubble envelope with / without tissue paper. I'm thinking in terms of unwanted or unneeded Christmas gifts. Items are always packaged to the best of my ability to get your order to you safely.

Do you specify defects for your items?
Yes it is very important that I specify defects on items. I only sell items that are in good clean condition. Be aware that all computer monitors and mobile phones are different and defects can show differently. If the item has a defect, for myself it has to be very minimal. I will state it in my listing and if you need more information, please hit the ask the seller a question. Clothing is inspected before hand. Collars, cuffs and hems are verified for spots, stains, or tears. Any loose threads are fixed. If the stain is very light, I will take a photo and state in my listing.

Do you offer refunds.
Yes I offer refunds. I do my very best to describe everything properly. Please read the descriptions and if you have any questions always ask BEFORE hitting buy now. The buyer pays for the return shipping and when it arrives here, the refund will be processed right away. Communication is ALWAYS #1.

Where do you ship from?
I ship from the Province of Quebec in Canada. I ship using Canada Post. Shipping prices are based on Weight, Size and Destination. My home is smoke free no smoking and pet free no animals.

When do you ship items out?
I ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Keep in mind in Quebec the post office closes at 5PM EST from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays the post office is closed. I DO NOT leave items inside the postal boxes outside. You never know when vandalism can occur and items can get stolen. I always bring my items to the postal counter and hand them to the clerk.

What should I know about your shipping?
I ship using Canada Post and shipping pretty reliable. Saturdays Sundays and Holidays, I can't do any shipping because the post office is closed. A large number of my items are sent with tracking numbers. Use Canada Post online to see where the item is. www.canadapost.ca. Small Air packets, light parcel and lettermail have no tracking numbers available because the price can be very high. If you need the tracking number please let me know before you purchase so there won't be any surprises.

How do I pay for my purchase?
I accept PayPal Only. No PayPal Account is needed; you can pay with the credit/debit card of your choice. Paypal notifies me as soon as payment is cleared. Keep in mind that when you pay with a credit card or debit card, it is considered an eCheck and it will take up to 5 business days to clear. I will notify you when your order will be shipped as soon as Paypal clears the eCheck and notifys me.

How long does it take you to answer questions.
Most times it takes only a few hours. I answer questions as quickly as possible, I am in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Please if I don't get back to you quickly on the weekend, I just might be out of the house. P.s Please be sure your email address is correct when sending me a question because wrong email addresses get bounced back to me when I answer and you will never see my answers.

What materials do you recycle ?
Only when the material is in good condition, I recycle bubble wrap, tissue paper, gift wrapping paper, bubble envelopes and cardboard boxes. Many of these items come from Christmas or holiday parties and birthdays. My home is smoke free no smoking and pet free no animals.

What else should I know concerning your cusomer service?
Communication is #1. I always want my customers to come back period. Customer service is a one way street, ok maybe a two way street. If I make you happy, I hope you will come back and shop with me. If I make you happy I hope you will tell others and they will shop with me. I would love to have a small community of buyers. For that to happen, it starts with me. I have no problems telling you I am sorry if I make a mistake and working to get it fixed. I am happy to answer any questions. I treat my customers like I want to be treated, with respect and understanding

Do you take the photos for your items?
Yes the photos you see are the items I photo myself. I use a clean white sheet on my kitchen table because my table is large and I put items there. I also use a white board for a background that I bought from the store. I'm working on getting my photos more professional looking. I haven't got a mannequin for clothes yet and I don't have any clip on lights to add extra clarity. My operations are still small and I am working on growing. Keep in mind all computer screens and mobile phones are different. If you have any questions just hit that "ask the seller a question" button and I'll get back to you.

Why do you say No smoking No animal home?
Many people are allergic to smoke and pet hair. I sure don't want to hurt your health, so if you know that I don't smoke and don't have animals, somewhere along the line that is good for the health.

Because I am working for you, my job is the send you what you purchase As a paying client you are a treasure and at the end of the day I am working for you to bring you what you want.

If I place an order during the night, when will you ship?
You items will be at the postal counter Monday to Friday BEFORE 4 PM EST. Orders paid after Friday 2PM EST, will be at the postal counter Monday morning. In the event of a holiday, your item will be at the postal counter, the next business day after the holidays.

How long will it take for you to process my order?
Orders are processed quickly with my system. All items are wrapped and stored in their boxes or bubble envelopes. I look at my inventory list to find which cabinet the items is in, take the package out, double check that everything is in order, tape the box or the envelope properly and print out the shipping label.

How long will it take to get my item?
Canada: 3-12 business days approximately United States: Expedited OR Tracked package 5-15 business days approximately. Snowstorms, and natural disasters will delay the delivery and sometimes customs will inspect packages. I ship with Canada Post and items are checked at customs. There could be slight delays.
